Questions about pricing

Is the fixed price really fixed?
Yes, for the work described in the written proposal. If you need additional features, we agree their price before development starts.
Do we pay per user?
No. You own the application and can use it without licence fees or limits on users and workflows.
What happens if we end the maintenance agreement?
The application keeps running. You have the code, the tests and the documentation, and the platform packages are released under the MIT licence. Your own team or another company can maintain it.
Can we try it before we buy?
Yes. You can try your own copy of Approval for 24 hours. We can also outline your application in a free first call.
